Low Fare Guarantee

 

·  The Request needs to be submitted the same business day the travel agency confirms the reservation.

 

·  The Request should be documented by completing the challenge form.

 

·  The Request requires a copy of the flight information from an internet site or a copy of an itinerary showing the alternate flights, the total fare, and the date and time.  Auction, distressed sites, consolidators, or any other unpublished fares are not valid comparisons and do not apply to this fare guarantee 

 

·  All fare quotes must include all taxes, surcharges and therefore, challenges should also mirror these incremental charges.

 

·  Reservations made through World Travel’s traditional agents or online booking tools are included in this initiative.

 

·  World Travel must be given the opportunity to match the lower fare. No Bookings should be made with any other resource.

 

·  Once the documentation is presented, World Travel will immediately research why the lower fare was not available at the time of reservation and will respond with a conclusion within 24 hours, or the next business day. If a lower fare is available, World Travel will match the lower fare or provide a refund of double the difference.
